We are happy to refund your goods, as long as the goods are unused, and still in the original packaging, as they were sent. This needs to be done within 14 days of purchase. The postage cost is to be covered by you (the customer).

To return an item, please send an email to, and state your order number. 

Please remember that you (the customer) are fully responsible for the goods until they are returned safely to us. We recommend that you use a reputable delivery service which requires a signature upon delivery. We recommend Royal Mail, or Hermes. 

If your item is returned to us in an unusable condition, the item will be returned to you. 


We do not currently offer exchanges on goods. If you wish to exchange your goods for another item, you will simply have to return your goods, and place a new order with us. 


Faulty Goods


If your item(s) which you received are faulty, please return your item and your goods will either be repaired or replaced. You will not need to pay shipping costs on your replacement product.
